Fruit Smoothie Recipes
Some times I want to just have a fruit smoothie for myself or for some friends who have a hard time tolerating a green smoothie.
Here are some of my favorite recipes:
- 1 large carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 small piece broccoli
- 1 pear
- 1 yellow apple
- 3 frozen strawberries
- 1 small chunk of pineapple
- 4 dates
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup water
Combine ingredients in the order listed in a Vitamix blender and blend on high for about a minute.
Pour in your favorite cup or glasss and enjoy
