Fruit Smoothie Recipes

Some times I want to just have a fruit smoothie for myself or for some friends who have a hard time tolerating a green smoothie.

Here are some of my favorite recipes:

  1. 1 large carrot
  2. 1 stalk celery
  3. 1 small piece broccoli
  4. 1 pear
  5. 1 yellow apple
  6. 3 frozen strawberries
  7. 1 small chunk of pineapple
  8. 4 dates
  9. 1 cup ice
  10. 1 cup water

Combine ingredients in the order listed in a Vitamix blender and blend  on high for about a minute.

Pour in your favorite cup or glasss and enjoy :-)
